They need more help, 6:45 am line out the door, had to wait over 20 mins just for coffee. Seems like ap orders took precedence.
Workers are getting better so keep it up. One day I was there and a man picked his nose and ate it and called the 201 number that was on the wall and offered me two free coffees. I went back months later and all new people. But never got the free coffees. I just wanted to help the owner.
let me start off by saying I love Dunkin Donuts and have it almost every day.
I have never left a review for any restaurant, but this was too many errors to ignore. Employees here should be more attentive.
Standard stand alone DD. GOOD STANDARD DD menu & nice staff. Comfortable seating outside for a few people. Same place all year round.
Stopped here a few times before work in the morning. Each time I've ordered iced coffee which had a funny taste like it was all sugar. I gave this Dunkin a few more chances but coffee never tasted right and I no longer stop there. Employees don't seem to listen and rush you out door.
Always stop there when in area.
like I said, I love Dunkin Donuts, probably the best part of my morning, but this was unacceptable.
This location, however, provided horrible service. I asked for my breakfast sandwich on a toasted bagel, bagel was not toasted. I asked for bagel with cream cheese, got bagel with butter. I asked for hash browns and they were very burnt and crispy (never had this issue before anywhere else). I ordered a large iced coffee w milk and two sugars, this is the sweetest tasting coffee I've ever had and clearly has cream in it based on the color (I get this coffee everyday so I know the color and taste it should have). on top of that they forgot to make the coffee at first and I had to remind them after they gave me my food.
